WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
All orders will ship from our studio in Brisbane, Australia within 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. From there, it will take about 2-5 business days for orders to be delivered within Australia and anywhere from 4-21 business days for international orders depending on the selected shipping method. Additionally, any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday as we currently do not ship orders over the weekend. Once order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please email our customer care team at sales@hawkcreative.com.au and they will be happy to let you know the status of your order should you have any questions or concerns.

IF I ORDER GIFT WRAP WITH OTHER ITEMS FROM YOUR WEBSITE, WILL THEY ALL SHIP TOGETHER?
No, your gift wrap will ship separately from the additional items you ordered and you will receive two separate tracking emails for each shipment. If you have any questions regarding the status of your framed art print, please contact us at sales@hawkcreative.com.au and a member of our team will get back to you shortly.

IF ITEMS IN MY ORDER SHIP SEPARATELY, WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA SHIPPING COSTS?
No, you will not incur any additional shipping costs and will only be charged the amount you were quoted during the checkout process.

Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for change of mind.

Email us at sales@hawkcreative.com.au with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used or opened items can not be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.

All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchange (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customers expense. Hawk Creative can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.
